This course is a must for the DER(s) in the Drug Free Workplace. There is much more to managing a Drug-Free Workplace than sending the employee for testing. The DER must have a working knowledge of not only state DFWP regulations, but standard Part 40 collection guidelines. Knowledge of policy development, supervisor and employee training is a must.
